Scheduled reports
You can schedule an application to refresh its data without opening it. Ask for a daily, weekly, monthly, or other recurring schedule, and specify the time and timezone. You can also schedule a single future run. Sending a report requires a delivery action as part of the workflow. For example: “Every Monday at 9 a.m. India time, retrieve last week’s Stripe revenue and email a summary through Gmail to board@example.com.” An app refresh schedule alone does not send anything. Email summaries can be generated from updated data on each run. You can also request an existing app share link in the message, provided recipients have access. Automatic PDF export and delivery of the complete application are not currently built in. Schedules can be changed, paused, resumed, or deleted through chat. Recurring runs must be at least five minutes apart, and one-time runs must be scheduled at least five minutes ahead.
